Alkiviades David, a Greek billionaire and Coca-Cola heir, was arrested at an airport in Saint Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean with over 5,000 marijuana plants.

David claims the plants are hemp and that he had them for a new business venture in the Eastern Caribbean region, International Business Times reports.

David formed a partnership with Chase Ergen, also an heir to a large fortune. Their business venture was to take place in the areas of St. Kitts-Nevis, Dominica and Antigua. Their first meetings for the new company have been completed, including meetings with government leaders.

His charges include possession of a controlled substance, importing a controlled drug and intent to supply. He can’t leave the area until his legal issues are completed since he was required to surrender his passport and accompanying travel documents.
